I had a terrible dinner last night. Mashed potatoes, cookies, crackers and sweet potato pie. Today I vow to do better. The good new is I weighed myself last night and it is still the same. I'm drinking a ton of water so hopefully I will start to lose some of this water. I will take any loss on the scale no matter what it is. I was supposed to get up this morning to work out but I was too sleepy. The extra hour I slept in seems to have done me some good. I go to bed every night between 10 and eleven. I'm striving fora 9 pm bedtime. I know more sleep aids in weight loss. I packed a healthy lunch today. Here's hoping I can stay on track once I get home.
