Breakfast- 1 roasted potato
Lunch- Pepperoni lean pocket
Snacks- nature valley granola bars, strawberry soy joy
Dinner- 2 tostadas with reduced fat cheese and fat free refried beans
It leaves a lot to be desired nutritionally but at least it was within the 1200 I have allowed myself.
Tomorrow will be healthier,more fruits and veggies.
I have vowed to weigh myself only once a month . My weight is probably 270 now so it better be down 5 pounds by next month . I've started working out again so I hope my metabolism speeds up .
