My lifetime goal is to lose 120 pounds in 365 days. In September 2009 I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. My weight was at an all time high( at that time) of 287 pounds. Over 5 months I lost 53 pounds. Fast forward three years and I am now up to 290, my heaviest weight ever. I haven't been able to stick to a lifestyle change but I'm going to keep trying.

I am going thru some things and i am in a constant state of stress and anxiety. I haven't been able to eat or sleep. I took my scale from it's hiding place and weighed myself and I am 278.5 almost back up to my highest weight of 287. This made me ever more stressed. I need to find a way to calm myself down and start feeling like a normal person again.
