My lifetime goal is to lose 120 pounds in 365 days. In September 2009 I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. My weight was at an all time high( at that time) of 287 pounds. Over 5 months I lost 53 pounds. Fast forward three years and I am now up to 290, my heaviest weight ever. I haven't been able to stick to a lifestyle change but I'm going to keep trying.

I was out of control with my eating over the Christmas holiday and as a result I have not lost any weight but have gained a couple pounds. Since Friday I have been within my 1400 calories each day and I have been doing two miles on the treadmill everyday so far. It's only day three but I am proud of myself for sticking with it.
Tomorrow I weigh myself to see where I am .
