My lifetime goal is to lose 120 pounds in 365 days.
In September 2009 I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. My weight was at an all time high( at that time) of 287 pounds. Over 5 months I lost 53 pounds. Fast forward three years and I am now up to 290, my heaviest weight ever. I haven't been able to stick to a lifestyle change but I'm going to keep trying.

I spent hundreds of dollars on a treadmill and haven't used it very often. It's hard work and i'm not p to hard work right now.
