My lifetime goal is to lose 120 pounds in 365 days. In September 2009 I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. My weight was at an all time high( at that time) of 287 pounds. Over 5 months I lost 53 pounds. Fast forward three years and I am now up to 290, my heaviest weight ever. I haven't been able to stick to a lifestyle change but I'm going to keep trying.

Bye Bye Scale
I did something today that I should have done a long time ago . I put away my scale. I was obsessing over the scale and weighing myself sometimes twice a day. I'm shooting for once a month. I know that as long as I eat 1500 a day and exercise at least 30 minues, I can lose a pound a week.
